Cosmetic refinishing to the face of the alloy

Services

We are a mobile service, specialising in removing unsightly kerb damage such as scrapes, scuffs and chips from alloy wheels.

Work is carried out at your home or place of work within our purpose built mobile workshops. All we require is access to an electrical 3 pin socket and space to park.

Process

Your wheels are removed from the vehicle, tyres deflated and pushed away from the rim prior to the repair.

Work is carried out on the face of the wheel only. Utilising specialist equipment within the mobile workshop, the technician will carefully remove all signs of the damage, before preparing the area for repainting or repolishing.

Once repainted and lacquered, or if polished, lacquered only, the wheel is baked dry to a hard, sealed durable finish.

Tyres are then reinflated and the wheels refitted to the vehicle.

The whole process takes approximately 1 hour per wheel.

Note

We are a mobile service, refinishing alloy wheels, removing kerb damage. We refinish alloys that are painted, split rims and polished rims.

Presently we do not yet have the facility to :-

• Repair cracked or buckled alloys
• Refurbish badly corroded alloys
